Bought this unit as a replacement for an aging George Foreman grill that was losing its teflon coating. Wanted a grill with removable plates, found this one for a comparable price to other units I was looking at. Thoroughly impressed with the Griddler. Have had it about a month and consistently use it 4-6 times each week. Have yet to cook anything that didn't turn out absolutely perfect.

I am very happy for the Griddler. I bought it because my large griddle and my George Foreman grill had broken. This takes care of paninis, waffles and any grilled meat. Very happy with this purchase.

The vacation cabin we rented this summer had no nice cookware but it did have a Griddler, so I used it a lot. I had so much fun with it that I ordered one for myself the minute we got home. Easy to use, easy to clean, an all around nice little appliance.

A bit expensive as compared with the no-name products but works perfectly. We've seared burgers, pressed panini sammies, fried eggs, made grilled cheese sammies, made french toast with no issues. Everything works perfectly.
Other items such as this are cheaper but Cuisinart seems the quality product among the lesser items.
