The Cuisinart Griddler is my new favorite appliance. It's ability to open flat coupled with the reversible cook plates for griddle cooking on one side & grilling on the other, as well as 3 heat levels & a sear function on the grilling side make it versatile.
In the short time we've had the Griddler we have enjoyed panini's, grilled wraps, quesadillas, steaks, chicken & shrimp! The sear function made for a perfect steak brown on the outside and perfectly juicy inside.
Clean up is quick & easy with the non-stick surfaces, pop them out & wash,wipe down the outside, and slide drip tray from underneath the Griddler to wash out any drippings it may have caught.
I highly recommend the Cuisinart Griddler. It's a great addition to any kitchen.

It’ll take a few times to figure out the right mode to get your waffle cooked to perfection. Wish they had a better indicator to cook your waffles so that it’s not over cooked, under cooked, and golden all over aside from the standard

I got this moderately inexpensive grill to cook fish and burgers which I set up temporarily on a small plastic end table just outside the sliding screen door. So far, I've tried it out on salmon and it works very well, capable of cooking more on the skin side than the top side by switching half way through from grill and panini to just grill, cleans up easily with baking soda and warm water instead of soap, and the grease goes mostly into the grease well.
