Just what I needed to replace another brand of panini press/grill that was always a nightmare to clean. Now with the removable grill/griddle plates cleanup is a snap. Oh, and it grills chicken and fish perfectly!

The instructions need to be more specific (more information) and clearer. Unless you put the Griddler up high on the counter, it is hard to see the dials. It will probably take at least two times of cooking the same item to get the results you want. I do like it, it just takes time and experimentation to learn how to use it.
