Super easy to take out the plates y to o clean. The non stick surface works quite well. It’s nice that you can lay both plates down flat.

I really like it. I just wish that it tilted so that the grease could run off into the drip pan. Therefore the drip pan would need to be in the front.

The Cuisinart Griddler is simply incredible! I received this as a Christmas gift and love it!. My family is now able to enjoy healthy grilled meals in the comfort of our home. Our BBQ hasn't worked in quite some time and now I can grill all year round. As one who doesn't usually grill, I found it easy to assemble and use. My kids have even helped me cook on it. I love that you can use grill and griddle at the same time; not to mention the waffle plates. I highly recommend this product

Fantastic appliance,m does a super job grilling any kind of meat. Have not yet tried it for Pannini or other grilled sandwiches, but will. Got the waffle making plates also, and will soon try those too. VERY GLAD I bought this, takes up minimal counter space, and you can also use it on your stovetop, then when finished with it (after it cools, certainly!) stash it away in a cabinet. Can't say enough good things about it! And NO, I did not receive any compensation or enter a sweepstakes to be enticed to write this review!!!!

This makes the best paninis! I didn’t enjoy grilling on it though but I only tried grilling chicken so I will need to try again with steak as I think that might be better on the grill portion. Will definitely take this camping and use an adapter to plug into the car for outdoor electric grilling!

So far, I'd rather have used a frying pan instead. The lip is shallow & food spills over the edge when using it as a griddle, with eggs, for example. Grilled cheese sandwiches get flattened when using it as a grill. It may serve a purpose but I haven't found it yet. Burgers, maybe?
