The griddler is great. I like that I can set the temperature. We bought this as a replacement for our really old George Foreman, I'll never go back. It's super easy to clean since the plates pop right out.

This is our second one (the first one lasted over 5 years) and love it. Easy to use, clean-up is a breeze. We use the griddler at least 3 times a week - breakfast and dinner. I don't like the new ones with the digital stuff because it is just more tech to go wrong. This is simple and easy to use.

Love the appliance, cooks and cleans easily. Biggest complaint, there is no timer on the griddler. It’s a hassle. I’ve got cool timers on every other appliance but not this one.

I use it for pressed sandwiches and does not cook them as fast as a stand alone panini press. It's ok, but takes about twice as long and cheese tends to melt out of the sandwiches.
