The griddler works ok but the grease tray does not catch all the grease. The grease also tends to pile up against the back instead of running to the hole.

We love this machine!! We bought the waffle plates as well. We gave away our indoor grill, waffle iron, George Forman, and griddle. Four appliances replaced by just the one. Awesome!!! And the plates go in the dishwasher too. So easy!!
