Purchased the griddler about a month ago and absolutely love it. The plates are easily removed and cleaning is a super easy! Like it so much that I ordered the waffle plates too!

This grill/griddler is fantastic! I mostly use the grill side to make paninis. I have also used it flat open on the griddle side to make shrimp fajitas. It's great for making 1 or 2 servings. The compact size makes it OK to leave out on the counter and it is a breeze to clean up unlike my stove top grill pans!

This is my second griddler and I grabbed it because it seemed like the model isn't being made anymore and my first one was getting very old and beat up. But I'm not certain this one is as good, the knobs move a little too freely and it so far it doesn't hold a temperature as well as my other one did. Time will tell if I will have years of enjoyment like I did with my first one.

I've always thought of Cuisinart as a superior product. If you char something on the grill the outside covering in front starts turning a rust color. Cleaning the panels is easy and quick.
