The on button is very sensitive and it's position in the slim part of the top is inconvenient for my small hands.

The on button is very sensitive and it's position in the slim part of the top is inconvenient for my small hands. Most times I pick the unit up I end up spraying water all over, on the cabinets, counter, mirrors, etc. Also, the "clean" feature is so strong I often tear my cheek tissue. Otherwise, the unit works pretty well.

I love the fact that they provide extra accessories for my water flosser that I can not do without. The flosser works great and the free additional accessories is a big plus.
