Disappointed in the size

I have the Crew Max and I thought this was going to be the same just a different color. It is not. It is about 2” narrower. Super disappointed. I bought it as a gift and when I heard the person saying they were having a hard time getting everything to fit I realized it wasn’t the same size.

Does the job well

Packed this for a 6 day trip with no problem fitting it all in. Loved the way it rolls, but I docked one star because it tends to fall over if it’s front side heavy because of the front wheel positioning.

Love this bag - Love the full mesh pocket on the opening side - the 3 sided opening allows for easily placing pants and dress shirts or uniform pieces to prevent wrinkles.
Only suggestion would be to add a wheel lock on one wheel and it sometimes want to roll away.

This is my second one I gave my first to my husband Love this one I did buy the new under the seat model but returned it because you had to pull it Love Travel Pro but was disappointed in that model
