I love this Carry-On!

I have been using a soft-sided Travelpro carry-on for several years and really like it except for one thing -- the wheels. They did not roll well on carpeting or over floor transitions in airports. More than once I nearly lost my balance because I was still walking and the carry-on hung up on flooring. I debated about upgrading (mostly due to cost) and finally went for it. I just took the Crew Classic Carry-On Spinner on my first trip and Oh. My. Word. The suitcase glided easily on carpet and over numerous floor transitions throughout the airport. I didn't worry once about losing my balance while walking through the airports. THIS is the way to travel!

We used the carry-on immediately after receiving. The carry-on has a stylish design, plenty of room to hold all items needed for short trips and is lightweight. And, the wheels are soooo smooth… turns on a dime! We are so pleased to have purchased this carry-on (we purchased two). We definitely recommend!

Rolls like a dream, a bit small

I bought this to replace my company issued luggage that is bulky, heavy, and the wheels just stick. This is very lightweight, and rolls with literally one finger. However, it is just 2 inches too small I think. I’m debating on whether I am going to keep it-the ease of use really is amazing, but the small size is really causing me to rethink my packing a little too much:(

Great for short getaway trips!

Bought this for short trips. Easy to handle; those MagnaTrac wheels make it easy to maneuver on uneven sidewalks and bumpy parking lots. Worth the cost.

This is not my first travelpro purchase as i uses to make 25 or more trips/ yr. I beleive this product may be a one off. Purchased for trip to S. Korea and had air and rail on the excursion. There were issues with the telescope handle, easibility of wheels over elevator entrance and textured floors and falling over. My son had another brand and no issues gliding over these. I had the rolling underseat piece on top and it fell over 3 times. Very disappointed and surprised by the issues. Travelpro is normally a great product. I will be returning both and questioning my next purchase of this brand.

I have not personnel used my luggage as of today. However, I travel with a family member that has a Travelpro suitcase. Hence, the reason I purchased the luggage.
