Rolls like a dream, a bit small

I bought this to replace my company issued luggage that is bulky, heavy, and the wheels just stick. This is very lightweight, and rolls with literally one finger. However, it is just 2 inches too small I think. I’m debating on whether I am going to keep it-the ease of use really is amazing, but the small size is really causing me to rethink my packing a little too much:(

We used the carry-on immediately after receiving. The carry-on has a stylish design, plenty of room to hold all items needed for short trips and is lightweight. And, the wheels are soooo smooth… turns on a dime! We are so pleased to have purchased this carry-on (we purchased two). We definitely recommend!

I love this Carry-On!

I have been using a soft-sided Travelpro carry-on for several years and really like it except for one thing -- the wheels. They did not roll well on carpeting or over floor transitions in airports. More than once I nearly lost my balance because I was still walking and the carry-on hung up on flooring. I debated about upgrading (mostly due to cost) and finally went for it. I just took the Crew Classic Carry-On Spinner on my first trip and Oh. My. Word. The suitcase glided easily on carpet and over numerous floor transitions throughout the airport. I didn't worry once about losing my balance while walking through the airports. THIS is the way to travel!

This bag is excellent. The design, quality of fabric and zippers, and glide of the wheels are top notch. The only reason for 4 not 5 is that the size is just smaller than other carry ons I’ve had and the packing cube divider is a bit useless (though the compression straps are nice).

Have not used yet but was exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price.
My job required international travel (30 yrs) and I always used Travelpro carryon. The old case just wore out so needed a new one.

My daughter liked the size and the fact that the wheels were so smooth. She noticed they seemed to “lock” when she used it in the two-wheel mode, which was a plus. It seemed well made and she was happy that the handle had several adjustable heights.
