Able to use for the first time last week and was very pleased with the overall suitcase. However, I was very disappointed with the tie down straps. We intentionally left room in our carry-on on the way out. The strap to tighten the clip is below the height of the half-filled items preventing us from tightening the articles.

I like the design of this carry-on, which is simple but has all the features I need to carry my clothes and toiletries efficiently. I had a very similar one by Travelpro and simply bought a replacement because I am so happy with it.

I researched for the perfect replacement bag for months.
This Travelpro (our families third) is fantastic! It's super lightweight, has plenty of interior room and plenty of outside zipped pockets. The two wheels make traveling in Europe (cobblestones are a spinners nightmare) a breeze.
It's also got great styling. Love this bag!

Very high-quality suitcase. The wheels roll nicely and it fits a lot more than the compact size roller. I have other matching pieces in this set and I’m happy with all of them. This is a perfect size for weekend getaways

I have a slightly larger TravelPro bag that I have enjoyed. This true carry on size is going to be great. I used it for an overnight road trip this week. The bag is lighter, but will hold my folding hanging bag from my larger TravelPro bag.
Still getting organized for an airplane trip, but I am certain the bag will be great!

The new Crew Classic design

The new Crew Classic design is now 14" wide verses 15" wide (see pix) 4 years ago. I travel overseas carry-on no matter how long the trip. This design adjustment affects me as it is 7% less packing space, and I can't fit my 14W shoes into it widthwise as with the old carry on. This adversely affects my packing strategy.
