I use the Agility for fascia relief. It enables me to focus on areas of my back and shoulder that are harder to target with a foam roller. The capability of recharging the Agility’s battery is also a desirable feature.

I bought this ball to move lymph and help with neck and back pain. I used it a few times then gave to family members to try. They kept the ball!
