After reviewing the literature and research on these types of exercise equipment. I am interested and anxious to see if It does indeed improve bone density. 4 stars only because I just set it up and have yet to use it.

I sent an email about this.
The issue is that the charging cable no longer fits into the device. It doesn’t matter which way I try, the end that should go into the ball, doesn’t. I charged it overnight at first some time last week then took it with me to the Legion Iron gym in Albuquerque. All who saw it seemed impressed. The charging cable fit when I got home so the unit was recharged. Taking it with me on Saturday, I failed button keep track of the charging cable. At home I called my trainer, asking her to look for the cable. She found it and brought it to me yesterday (1/14/25). Here at home all attempts to get it inserted have failed.

Perfect replacement for a tennis ball!

Great little replacement that I didn't know I needed. Perfect to work out those tight spots that I would usually use a tennis ball for- the vibration helps!

This unit has instructions that seem easy to follow. It came to life having been plugged in to a power strip. It appears to be a unit that can address its purpose well.
