Great helpful squat product

This product is very helpful in obtaining the right squat form. It allows me to do more sets. My best exercise is the hip thrust with the bands provided. It is really a work out. It helps with lots of forms like the Bulgarian squat. Loving this product.

I bought this out of my own pocket because life pro would not send me reviews product. Received my shipment order did not have instructions just came with templates to order more product. Went on the website could not find any assembly instructions. I will always give my honest and truthful opinion.
