I have been strength training for almost 2 months with a trainer and wanted adjustable weights so i could work out at home also. These are perfect.

I already had a kettlebell but sets of dumbbells are great for strengthening your wrists, and since I have a desk job, I wanted to add some to my at-home equipment. These are so convenient to store and easy to use so far
