I keep my vibration board and dumbbells right in my living room because they aren’t ugly, and I use them sooooo much more than when my ugly exercise tools were tucked away in my basement.

Awesome starter dumbbells

They work great! The adjustable feature is very convenient. It takes a second to get used to adjusting it but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. The handle isn’t slippery and doesn’t blister my hand. I am just stating my workout journey and this set is perfect for beginners.
