They work well. Compact, easy to use. The slider knob that adjusts the weights does not slide very smoothly, it's a bit rough/sticky, but not a showstopper. Putting the weights back into their slots takes a little aiming; you can't just drop them, but again, not a showstopper.

The weights range from 5 to 25lbs and switch easily between any of the incremented weights. For someone needing no more than 25 lbs per arm doing a variety of exercises these are an excellent choice.

My daughter recommended this brand & I have to agree they are sturdy & easily adjust to the desired weight. It took a minute to adjust to the large size & bulkiness but I love being able to increase the weights without purchasing new weights.
