Weights That Fit Your Needs

I'm 72 and like to stay healthy and better than just toned, but sometimes my energy level or the specific exercise calls for a different weight. These dumbbells adjust easily and are high quality. Power Up People, and feel better for it!

They seem nice but the adjusting mechanism feels cheap and like they might break. Good thing it comes with a warranty though am still trying to figure out how to activate that warranty
