The idea of having only one set of hand weights is great. I have had these for a month now and have already been able to change the weight amounts. I am 73 and my muscle mass is going back to what it should be. Cannot wait to see what 6 months of lifting does.

Love all my LifePro products

I just received my Powerflow dumbbells and haven't really had a chance to use them yet. I give all of my LifePro products five stars, I can't imagine the dumbbells being any different. They're easy to adjust and will save me ordering heavier dumbbells as I progress on my fitness journey.
