The dehumidifier itself functions exactly as advertised—it’s powerful, the pump lifts water easily, and the metal build is sturdy. However, the manual is absolutely useless. The instructions for mounting the ducting and setting up the pump wiring were super confusing. I had to watch three different YouTube videos of similar models just to figure it out. Good product, but the company needs to rewrite their user guide.

This thing is a beast at removing humidity. It brought our garage down from 78% to 50% very quickly. It’s a little louder than I expected when the compressor kicks in, but since it’s an industrial unit, that’s kind of fair. just don’t mount it directly under a bedroom if you’re a light sleeper.

The machine itself works flawlessly. It pulled gallons of water out of my crawl space on day one and the built-in pump works great. My only gripe is that the remote control panel is sold separately. For a machine meant to be hung up in a hard-to-reach area, the remote really should be in the box. Still, a solid 4 stars.
