I enjoy the final look of the piece. but trying to get the legs to stay attached to the base while assembling was just a nightmare. I’m scared to move it or touch it for fear of it falling apart. It’s also way smaller than I expected.

So far, this is the only MIDI scale set that has disappointed me. Let me start with what I did like though:
1. The angles and placement of the armor plating is impressive and exceeded my expectations.
2. The build was fun and I continue to have those 'Oh, that's clever" moments when building LEGO.

OK, now to the dark side... A few key missing elements/opportunities stand out to me:
1. The Base - Why not white/snow since this clearly supposed to be hoth?
2. The Legs - I was surprised and sad to find that there was very limited articulation. The use of the 2x8 spanning where the joints are felt like the easiest path for this build, and I find that uncharacteristic of the rest of the models at this scale and of LEGO in general.
3. The armor plating lacks the visual interest I've come to expect from LEGO. It's fine, but I just thought there would be more.
4. Minor point - I feel like the guns/antennas are too small and need just a bit more presence.
