Classroom Organized!

WOWZA! I love the portable file box that I use in my first grade classroom! I am able to easily find materials that I need to work with individual and small groups of students. I keep papers, mini posters, and many other essential items inside the bin. I store a calculator, pens and pencils, note paper, paperclips and other needed items in the in-lid storage compartment. When teaching young children reading, writing, and math every minute is important! With this Sterilite product I am always ready to teach and therefore my students can learn more! It is so great to help keep me organized and ready to teach! I love it!

Love to use this file box that was a gift. Has room in the lid for a little bit of everything so no matter where I want my office to be in the house or outside (weather permitting) I have my supplies and information at my fingertips. It's portability making it just awesome for quick setup and clean up when the work is done.

Great product except or latch

Product has worked well for a year or so but I was always careful not to leave the latch open because it sticks out and appeared weak. One day I turned at my desk and hit the latch with leg and it ripped right off. This appears to be its only weak spot. I like the unit and bought another just like it. A replacement latch would be nice. Not sure of load capacity but I have always lifted it from the side if it was slightly heavy with papers.

Product is ideal for transporting files and documents

I purchased several Portable File Boxes to transport my files and documents. It has a very good look to it and it is very functional. I travel to different areas of the state to meet with clients. This product allows me to store files and documents that are specific to the region that I am traveling to By using several File Boxes. I place them in my car trunk and when I reach my destination, I'll pull the file box that contains the documents that I need and I'm off to my appointment. These file boxes are very cost effective and it saves me time, and I am always organized. There is one draw back to this product; the latch will break apart after months of use. However, when I contacted Sterilite to report the problem, they mailed me replacement latches at no charge. I've had my file boxes for a couple of years now. Great price- Great product.

Survived tough moving conditions

Purchased for storing craft items, it also held up in adverse moving and storage conditions. It kept items safe, clean, and ready to use.

Great file box to organize files for meetings.

I am an officer for three different groups I belong to and these file boxes are great for organizing the main files I need for the meetings. I really like the lid section for a few necessary office supplies.

I love the little "secretary" desk in the top of this file box, it holds everything I need, hiliters, pens, pencils, paper clips, rubber bands, business cards, etc. The hanging files feature is great too. My job requires me to lock my files up, so the fact that this file box locks is perfect. I like that it is lightweight enough to carry, but sturdy enough to hold all my files.
