So far we are loving it. We just received it yesterday and we were all excited to get it going. We were pleased to have cold water in less than an hour.

Fits great in the kitchen and does not take much space up. It is way more convenient than a standing ones.

Works great love it. The cold water is really cold and the hot feels like if you warm up a 12 oz cup of water on the microwave for 3 minutes!!! Great for my tea
