I wanted to attached a Zero Water filtration system to this Water Dispenser and your support person, Rene, was very helpful and patient. He walked us through the whole process. I was unable to use your chat on this website, but the phone number worked perfectly.

I just bought it within a few hours, I primed the dispenser and plugged it into the wall. Cold water was ready within an hour. I like the size and design of this dispenser. Looks great!

I could have used helping finding the 3 or 5 gallon jugs. It was more difficult than I expected. The appliance was easy to setup and it works great!
