Had inicial problem finding the proper bottle in local stores. The manual does not have instructions about the bottle installation and which is the adequate one. I had to write about this and got an excellent respond and explication. Thank You. Up to now I am satisfied with the product.

Nice water dispenser, but temps are wrong.

The cool/room temperature is actually refrigerated to be colder than the cold setting. This is such a great water dispenser, it's just unfortunate I can't use it to my needs due to the temperatures not being right. Below are the temps I measured. Cold = 46.4F Cool = 39.2F Hot = 163.4F
