Disappointed in the 800. I have the 48 and thought I'd upgrade for a second tv. The 48 is a far nicer soundbar. Richer and much higher projection. The 800 is fine. Just fine. I’ve spent a week wrestling with settings in the Klipsch app and on the Samsung tv. Still just fine. Thin dialog. Too much mid and no stage image of any kind. Even tinny at some times. Very moderate volume.
Don’t buy, I’d return it if I could. Passthrough refuses to work, audio cuts in and out. Front speakers volume can’t be independently adjusted so it’s too loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the most unreliable sound system I've ever seen or heard. The sub wont stay connected, the external speakers won't stay connected, the sound randomly jumps up or down, certain apps have a visual delay while others don't - the list goes on. It's an awful product and no one should buy this.

After a week of testing the system, its been solid. One time the surrounds made a squeak sound but after unplugging the unit and restarting it, its been fine. Bass is super strong, feel it in your chest. The surrounds add lots of depth to movies.
The TV we have made it a little more trying to hook up but once we did get it hooked up, There was the sound I was looking for. Klipsch has wonderful crisp sounds.
