After purchasing a 2-in-1 Chromebook Plus by HP I decided I would like to know what a "real stylus pen" experience would be like on a giant 14" tablet. That being my HP x360 converted into its tablet mode. I bought this pen with some apprehension based on the only review I could read saying it didn't work at all on someone's Chromebook from 2021. There's nothing fancy about this particular pen. It's not an SPen from the likes of Samsung nor is it an iPen. There's no fancy tricks or Bluetooth connection between it and my Chromebook Plus but I am extremely pleased with its performance. It does come with AAAA battery I assume that's required to make the weak electrical signal necessary for the screen to track where I have the pen. It has excellent pressure detection and the palm rejection is perfect. I have yet to see my palm project a false location of the pen tip. It's also magnetic which is neat because when I'm in laptop mode it sticks conveniently to the keyboard deck. So if you're looking for a simple stylus pen to go with your convertible Chromebook Plus then fear not, this pen works wonderfully.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Barely worked for a year, battery dies if you leave it in the pen, and won't work if you don't use it for a long time. Comes with a battery that just barely lasts a month and then you need to buy more. (Btw these batteries are rly hard to find).
Really great for note-taking, writing, drawing, palm rejection, pressure, but it is not worth $50.
Do not waste your time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this pen thinking it would work with my HP Chromebook. It doesn't even work. No idea what's wrong with it.
