Carry On is narrow and expands at an angle not fully making packing a little challenging.
Telescoping handle sticks when fully packed. This happened on both Carry Ons pre and post travel.

First trip with bag. Rolled well. Not a bad weight when packed. Color is a little light, but I like the contrast with the other bags in the carry on bins.

Well-made suitcase with too many bells & whistles

This seems to be a well-made suitcase with lots of compartments. I ultimately decided it was too small for my purposes and returned it; bought a 23. 5 inch carry on to replace it. Have been able to carry this one on, in spite of it exceeding stated guidelines.
I didn’t like all the clip-in storage parts of this suitcase. I thought they detracted from packing volume (yes, I know you can just remove them and not use them). I thought they added to the expense and the weight of the suitcase without increasing the utility.

I have always had Travel-Pro suitcases. I really like this one there are great added features, like shoe bags and a bag for laundry. I just packed it up and it holds everything for my weekend get-a-way.

Little workhorse of a case is pure gold

I had the earlier edition of this case for years and loved it. It had all the space needed, along with easy access to the zippered document/laptop section. This little work horse of a case has traveled all over the world with me. I took this new version to Germany last week and it preformed even better than it's predecessor. The 4 wheels allowed me to move easier and faster over cobbles and other uneven surfaces, with the same easy access to compartments for documents/laptop. Sturdy, well made, strong zippers and a comfortable length extended handle makes this case the gold standard in travel.

Great Suitcase!

This is my first soft-shell travel case and I was nervous about how well it would hold up. However, after a couple of trips I’m extremely impressed with the size, durability and smoothness of maneuverability of the VersaPack Carry-On Spinner. The pockets and additional organizational features are a nice addition, but the metal components are the most impressive as they are made of heavy, durable metals (zippers, handle, lock, clasps). Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and have been satisfied with the soft shell vs hard shell case.
