Compact bag; magnetic wheels for great maneuverability

I received the TravelPro VersaPack+ Carry-on Spinner luggage gratis in exchange for my honest assessment.
The first time I used this suitcase, I immediately noticed how smoothly the wheels rolled. They are magnetic(!), ensuring all four move in the same direction all the time. No wonky wheels made for almost effortless transit. This bag is compact, easily fitting into the overhead compartment on my regional U.S. flight. The handle height is adjustable – good for someone who’s 5’2” – and doesn’t feel flimsy. The suitcase frame is sturdy and the exterior zippers held up well to strong tugs. I love the value-added extras that came with the VersaPack+: two shoe bags, a dirty laundry bag and a small toiletry bag that lays flat and hooks securely in place on top of the contents. I greatly appreciate the built-in TSA lock! One thing I did not like about this bag was that the inside straps adjusted awkwardly, a minor issue compared to its overall efficiency in size and maneuverability.

I am on my first travel with this product. However, so far I am enjoy this new carry-on. I have other products from you and I have them. This is why I purchased this product.

Excellent carry-on over all.

Took this carry on for two domestic trips so far, looks just like it did when I bought it. Ballistic nylon is not scuffing and holding up well. Wheels are quite smooth, and pull handle is solid with minimal wiggle to it. Overall my only complaint would be the lack of a padded laptop pocket at this price point. Though I can fit my entire laptop case into the front pocket, negating this downside entirely.
Overall I would give this suitcase a solid 9.7/10 so 5/5 for all intents and purposes.
