Good bag

I purchased it based on high reviews and it's meeting expectations. Though my one complaint is the front wheels tend to occasionally get stuck when switching from an upright position to pulling position. When this happens I can feel it "dragging" on the ground instead of a smooth rolling pull.

Handle would not go up

This product looked fabulous, but the handle would not go up at all. I had to return it because it was defective. I would have liked the product if it had worked but without the handle being able to rise and lower it’s no good to anyone.

Perhaps the best suitcase ever

This is the best work trip suitcase I have ever see! First trip impression: 1 smooth wheel rolling makes it easy to bring along in the airport. Leather handles are soft and the placement of the handles around the bag are perfect for most situations when you need to lift the bag. 2. Front pockets make the suitcase more like an extra purse than a suitcase, so I can keep my personal item lightweight with all the essentials. Only complaint is that if you don’t have anything too heavy in the main body of the suitcase, it can tip forward due to the weight of the laptop. Zippered pocket for the power bank is 10/10 for when you need to remove the battery pack to gate check the bag. 3. Interior is great - I did not use the included pouches for this tip - but I love the options to keep small items separate than the big ones for easy access.

Built-in organization didn't work for me

I immediately exchanged it for the 21" size because I didn't realize the 20" had such an overbuilt (for my needs) laptop compartment. The padding is pretty bulky; you can't remove it and it reduces the overall capacity of the bag and adds weight. I couldn't make use of the organizer panel because it's clearly made for things I always keep in my backpack (passport, cords, laptop/tablet) and frankly would never put in a roller that might potentially get gate checked. If you're looking for a suitcase/briefcase combo this is definitely for you, but I wish they made a 20" version with a more basic front pocket as that size is more suitable for international travel and the capacity is sufficient for my needs.

Bag good... support not so good

A bit smaller than I expected. It replaced a slightly larger carry-on that had a broken handle for which TravelPro was unable to provide the repair part. Disappointed in that, so had to buy a new case. Replacement parts should be available for carrying handles. Not that hard.
