I have heard alot about the quality of the product to be frank there are many at the same price point with much highwr quality.

1. The handle feels cheap
2. The magnatic rotation keeps it flowing in one direction so manuverability is impacted and ita not smooth.

The overall plastic used is cheap, higher expectations where built with online marketing and its quite disappointing

Smaller than Platinum Elite

Platinum Elite Business is smaller than advertised online. Prior to purchasing I compared the size of the Platinum Elite and Platinum Elite Business, online comparison states it is the same size, see attached photo. The Business Elite is smaller because the garment bag that’s comes with the Platinum Elite does not fit in the Business Elite. Now I am stuck with two platinum elite business luggages, if I could I would return it. See pictures for comparison.

Received promptly after placing order. Easily navigated in and around the airport. Fits in the overhead storage space. Just a little smaller in capacity than I thought but perfect for shorter trips.
