This is a well made carry on travel suitcase. I was given one as a gift and just bought the same one for my son. I love it.

Really Nice

This is a fine piece of carry on. Have used it on a trip to buffalo. Beautifully crafted and no too heavy. Like everything about it.

Do not find the external

Do not find the external battery pocket useful. The larger short external pocket on the front face should be 7” + deeper to allow a 8”x11” to lie flat.

Needs guidance for maximum benefit

Some guidance on using the various features that are new to generic suitcase users would have been helpful. And, are not present online, either.

The wheels were not clearly defined. I can only pull this one and not push. So I need to return, how can you get someone from Travel pro live on the phone?

I really like the rollaboard.

I really like the rollaboard. It was easy to use, rolled easily and fit in the overhead bin. The one challenge I had is a place for shoes. Otherwise, I was able to fit winter clothes for a 4-day trip in the suitcase.

USB charger takes up to much internal space. Secondly no need for the charger.
