Seems to be working fine so far. Got slightly confused during installation due to mixing up the water inlet and drain outlet. Otherwise satisfied.

I'm thrilled with this product! I've had three effortlessly made cups of hot tea in the three hours it has been installed. I very much appreciate the child-proof hot water dispenser. The cold water is ice cold!
