Bought this a couple months ago along with one of the floor standing units but this one has stopped cooling. I liked it while it was working. I'll update as i go through the warranty process.

JUST GOT PRODUCT. CANT GET PRODUCT TO CONNECT TO WATER SOURCE UNDER SINK. ADAPTER WONT SEAL. LEAKS WHERE THE SHUTOFF VALVE SWIVELS ON THE INLINE ADAPTER. HOW DO I SEAL THE SWIVELING PART?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome product.
I love the fact it is connected to the water supply.
My current fridge does not have a bottle filler and this does the job plus has hot water option.
