I do like this bag, I just took it on a 10 day trip, it was the perfect size. It is a beautiful suitcase and rolls smoothly.
My 2 complaints about it. First the inside straps are too long and prevent from being able to compress the clothing down, wish i could figure out a way to shorten them.
Second, the storage space on inside lid zipper netting area the zipper opening is all wrong, it unzips so that everything will fall into the suitcase when opening.

We have not used the luggage yet but it is very sturdy and well made. The wheels are awesome. It is as if they are gliding on ice.

This soft-side suitcase is an ideal size for a week or longer trip. It is well made, very functional and seems to survive airline handling. The included suit folder is not useful but is easily removed.
