The water in my water cooler started freezing, which most likely means it needs a new thermostat, but unfortunately, that would cost the same as buying a new cooler. I will never buy this company brand again. The last water cooler I bought from a different company lasted me for 12 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient water dispenser

This is the third one (heating element went out on last one), but I keep coming back. Support team is typically good-didn’t respond last time regarding the heating element. I just use this product multiple times a day-so it gets a lot of use.
I would recommend this to a friend!
