I appreciate the very cool water and the safety feature on the hot water. There does seem to be a "plastic" taste to the water, but we assume that will diminish with use.

Product was easy to set up. Makes no noise. Cord is quite long. So far so good I am happy with the product.

My Avalon cooler didn't come with a seal!

As much as I would love this product, my countertop dispenser didn't come with a seal, and all the water kept leaking out. I attempted to set it up as soon as it arrived in the mail, and all of a sudden, my floor had puddles on puddles!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing! We love it! Just wish the child lock can actually be a lock on the hot water and not a button.. too easy for our toddlers to push that button. Recommend a lock on the side of the machine to access hot water
