A1 countertop cooler

The water cooler arrived in good time and in excellent shape. I have had this product for 2 weeks now and have had no issues (especially no leaking). The dispensed water is very cold which is just as I like it to be. I do not use the hot water feature.

Just set up this dispenser. So far we are very pleased with the deliver, packaging and ease of set up. This cooler operates very quietly. So far we are very happy!

Loved it at first, water was SO cold and refreshing. Then, just about 1 month after we started using it, the water is barely below room temp. The light indicates that it is cooling, but it never gets cool.

We use these coolers in our retail business for our staff and they are wonderful. We did have one minor issue but Tiffany helped us resolve it in seconds over the phone. She was kind and very informed
