Everything seems to be working okay so far- the only thing that we have noticed that we do not like compared to our last water unit is that the flow of the water comes out much slower on this new unit.

I bought one for my mom about 6 months ago and she loves it. Very happy with ours so far. Would be nice to have some little rubber covers on the paddles so they are easier to use. Also a sink adapter to run water through the filters would be nice of go ahead and mount and plum the adapter so it is easier to flush the filters first.

It is a great water cooler, but for some reason, we have only had it for 6 months and the cold water dispenser is very slow. we replaced the filter and still no change.

Love our new water cooler. The only thing I would off change is the height of the water spout. I had one of my warehouse build a wood base to put under it to help us not to have to bend over so low. Otherwise every thing else is perfect!
