Appears to be built well. Packing was good. LED light could be placed in a better position. Child safe lock for hot water was not effective for my kids. I would like the water dispense at a faster rate.

I enjoyed the product for a few months but now i am not happy that the product stop working(no cold or hot water, water comes out but at room temperature . I did not register the product when i first got the item because i thought this was a good quality item. I do perform the self cleaning every week and sometimes the water does come out the way it should (cold & hot water) but then it goes back to dispensing room temperature water. HELP

Everything seems to be working okay so far- the only thing that we have noticed that we do not like compared to our last water unit is that the flow of the water comes out much slower on this new unit.
