Was not too difficult to install, hot water is perfect for tea or coffee, cold water is wonderful. This is a great buy, no more water bottles!!

When I first connected it there was a bad leak from one of the connections in the back. I had to fix it myself. I should not have had to do that.

Works great for an industrial setting!

We have Avalon water coolers located in all of our breakrooms. The coolers look great and are easy to keep up with. Kyle was so supportive when it came to helping us with trouble shooting and replacing our damaged unit. They're very good at walking you through the whole process. I'm very content with the coolers and with their customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!
