Opt-out doesn’t work.

I ordered two suitcases, and when asked during checkout indicated that I didn’t want to be emailed newsletters or marketing materials.
Then I registered each suitcase separately for warranty and indicated the same.
Since then I’ve had to unsubscribe from mailing lists three times, and now I’m getting sent surveys.

More luxurious than expected

I am happily surprised that the this suitcase is more luxurious than expected. I was going for durability and a good warranty for my checked bag and I got that plus a good looking case. The gold zippers are thick and easy to hold. There’s a bit of a sparkle beneath the black and the pink interior is fun. It has great capacity and I like the toiletry bag included. The wheels are also incredibly smooth and it’s more lightweight than expected too. Overall, I highly recommend!

It's a great suitcase in all respects -- size, durability, appearance, easy to manage wheel system -- but I do wish it did not have a built-in suiter which just takes up space and adds weight for me. We are planning to cut out the suiter, after which the suitcase will be perfect.
