Broken Zipper

Unfortunately when I went to use it for the first time, one of the outer zippers was alreadybrokn. I couldn't return it as I needed to use it right away. Now I have to figure out how to get it back to TravelPro and get it repaired when I only have used it once.
If the zipper wasn't broken right out of the gate I would have given it five stars

15 days in Israel and 7 changes of hotels, the bags kept us organized, and we could easily live out of our suitcase.
Rolled great even on bumpy sidewalks and entryways. And easy to spot in baggage claim.

Great design. Very sturdy and easy to pull and maneuver. We are very happy with our purchase. The 25 inch is a great size and was big enough to hold clothes for me and my spouse for a six day trip.

Love my new luggage

It’s a very well thought out design. Because many hotels no longer have dresser drawers, esp. in Europe, the lift lid design makes it easy to leave open and access my stuff.
