Great mid-sized luggage

Great bag for week long trip. I got it after purchasing the 21” international carry on spinner which is also fantastic. Best parts are quality of materials and very easy, smooth rolling, even on cobblestone and uneven sidewalks. The included suit organizer is the perfect size.

First trip two zipper pulls

First trip two zipper pulls missing. One compartment unusable, main compartment zipper spontaneously opens. This is junk.

Love this suitcase. It is very well thought out and has a large capacity for a medium size. The wheels work great and the bag itself looks great.
So far, I’ve only traveled once with this bag but see many trips in my future with this suitcase.
It’s easy for me to lift also when I find so many suitcases awkward to handle. It opens from the top when laid down which is much nicer in a hotel room than one that has to open flat to get into.

The medium check bag, and 20 inch business carry-on bag are great. The accompanying compartments to make it really convenient for travel. of course, only time will tell how durable they are. definitely far better Tumi which is incredibly overpriced, somewhat heavy, and not any more durable than any other luggage I’ve had including much cheaper brands.

Only issue with the bag

Only issue with the bag is that the liner wasn't depicted online and it's a soft pink that looks like the design for a 70 year old grandmother. Everyone that's seen it has the same, perplexed reaction to why it would be such a weird color that doesn't remotely match the exterior of the bag.
