No USB c is dumb when hard shell has it. Seems good enough. Can't speak to long term quality. I would dread having to deal with a warranty or replacement part so it better hold up.

This is an upgrade to a budget suitcase from a big box store. It is better balanced and the wheels are much better. The main built-in locks are on the side of the bag and hard to access when standing on the wheels or lying on bed or chair. It survived its first Southwest round trip well.

Disappointed with quality

I am a travel advisor and the first time using my soft-sided Platinum elite Luggage birthday gift, the outside is marked up with stains and thread by zipper is shredding. (Have photo for proof) So upset because I did lots of research looking for the best luggage to suit my needs and for it to be all marked up like that is disheartening. Fourteen women chipped in for these 2 pieces of matching suitcases and I can’t truthfully tell them that I’m happy with this purchase right now. Can I send back and get a darker color but not black?

TravelPro continues to ship defective products. A seam was not finished. Worse when contacted for replacement I received no response from TravelPro.
