Zipper broke after first flight

I really loved everything until I actually used it but generally what the heck the zipper breaking after one flight is insane for the price point of this luggage. I read so many reviews and just annoyed how fragile it is. And it’s a small thing right? Well now I only have one zipper to zip on my entire suitcase…

It’s a replacement and haven’t used it yet. But, I have a 30 year old roller board carry on from my working days. I still use it and it’s taken a licking and keeps on traveling!

I have not used the luggage as yet. However the design is lovely except for the two crews at the top near the handle. It destroys the look of the luggage. It does not give a nicely finish touch to it.

Why I purchased the Platinum Elite Medium Check-In

I haven’t traveled with this luggage yet, but I selected it because of its flexibility and it superbly executes my most important feature: the fold-out suiter, which has surplus capacity even after a suit is in it. Plus it’s adjustable so you can use it as just another storage compartment. Each tie down is a large pressure plate,instead of a ribbon so your clothes won’t bulge around the ribbon. The fit and finish is superb, the handle feels comfortable and solid with no wobble when extended. I have purchased cheap luggage that barely survived one round trip flight, I regard this as an investment that will last for years. I was so impressed with it, that I purchased an Altitude Slim Laptop backpack.
