Only used for a couple days but all good so far. Temperature settings work great. Hot water setting is hot enough to make tea.

Water cooler initially leaked from the top seal, but after a day or two of troubleshooting with support the issue was resolved, overall a good product so far.

The cooler provides a great temperature of hot and cold water and it is just a perfect size for me, I gave 4 stars because I bought one and it was scratched till I returned it and I bought another one and it still has scratches but less than the first one.
