This was a quality product. Sturdy and worked right away. Water heated fast instantly. I liked the water indicator buttons on front to show power and when heating and cooling water in use

Unit arrived in good condition. It was easy to unbox and setup. The instructions were clear, although, it was also clear that they were not specifically for this water dispenser. The dispenser is incredibly quiet, both when pumping water and when cooling
