Have had it less than a month but no issues so far. Easy access and like that you can turn off the cold and hot water

I bought this a few weeks ago. The machine is giving the water a weird taste. It's still there after rinsing heigh the machine

The water in my water cooler started freezing, which most likely means it needs a new thermostat, but unfortunately, that would cost the same as buying a new cooler. I will never buy this company brand again. The last water cooler I bought from a different company lasted me for 12 years.
