Good product, it says room temperature water dispensing but it has 2 faucets, you will need to turn off cold water to get room temp water.

Installed product as directed. Power light comes on. Product does not heat. Product does not cool. Ozone cleaning function works. Yes, switches are all turned on. Not impressed.
