Installed product as directed. Power light comes on. Product does not heat. Product does not cool. Ozone cleaning function works. Yes, switches are all turned on. Not impressed.

This was a quality product. Sturdy and worked right away. Water heated fast instantly. I liked the water indicator buttons on front to show power and when heating and cooling water in use
